About Robyn Pilecki
Robyn Pilecki (she/her) was raised in Tampa, FL by a neurodiverse family who fostered her love of different forms of communication and connection. Robyn began training and performing with Dawson Dance Academy and soon moved to Mary Jo’s Performing Arts Academy where she primarily practiced ballet, modern, and contemporary dance forms. During her studies at Mount Holyoke College (MHC), she has performed in works by Barbie Diewald, Rodger Blum, and student choreographers. Robyn has worked on crew for Five College dance productions and acted as an Access Liaison and Assistant Stage Manager for the 2025 Mount Holyoke Senior Capstone Concert: Soul Ties. As Robyn spent the summer of 2024 interning with the non-profit research coalition, Academic Autism Spectrum Partnership in Research and Education, her passion for using dance as a form of activism grew. Robyn has presented choreography at MHC's Student Choreography Concerts in both 2024 and 2025. She also presented her most recent choreographic work, Within This..., at the New England Conference of the American College Dance Association in March 2025. Recently, Robyn attended Bates Dance Festival where she learned from choreographers Cynthia Oliver, Shayla-Vie Jenkins, Lisa Race, and Caroline Rocher-Barnes. Currently, Robyn is in the midst of choreographing a piece that will be presented at MHC's 2026 Capstone Concert. Pulling from her double major in dance and psychology, Robyn’s choreography embodies disability and neuroqueer studies to explore both the strength, power, and struggle in care networks.
